Helensburgh & District Round Table

Who are you?

We are a sociable club for men aged between 18-45. The first Round Table was set up in 1927. Helensburgh and District Round Table has been in existence since 1964.

What do you do?

We organise community and fund raising events in the local area. We also socialise quite a lot, meeting up for dinners and a few beers, going go-karting, paintballing, to the cinema, to comedy clubs, meeting up with other Round Table Clubs and going on cultural trips to far flung places like Islay.

What charities and causes do you support?

Over the years we have raised money for many local causes, charities and indviduals. Our 2009 Helensburgh and Lomond Real Ale Festival raised £2500 for Helensburgh's Parklands School.

Who can join you?

Any men between the ages of 18 and 45 can join Round Table. It is a great way to make new friends and extend your social life whilst giving something back to the community you live in.

"The young business and professional men of this country must get together round the table, ADOPT methods that have proved so sound in the past, ADAPT them to the changing needs of the times and wherever possible, IMPROVE them"
